This map of the Altamaha River coastal area in South Georgia was commissioned as a gift from daughter to mother. The guests at Open Gates Bed and Breakfast use the map to plan fishing trips and sea kayak tours. The map combines NOAA Nautical charts and USGS topographic maps at a uniform scale to aid navigating the winding inland waterways of the Altamaha.
