This recreational guidemap for the Black Mountains, South Toe, and Cane Rivers in Yancey County, NC was commissioned by a local outfitter and guide service. The map meets a long standing need for a comprehensive guide to one of the finest natural areas in the country.

Working with Eric on this project was a valuable learning experience for my staff. We now better serve the outdoor adventure community by knowing exactly where to send folks for rafting and hiking. The map and historical information has enabled nature lovers to discover two of the best kept sercrets in western NC... the Cane and the South Toe rivers!
